Ponte: a stage city
Ponte is in a prime position to follow the fight for the "Maglia Rosa", being only a few kilometers away from the Mortirolo, Gavia and Tonale passes, amongst the more renowed clib of the "Giro".
More than the "GIRO"
The fun doesn't end with the "giro": if you love racing bikes and are ready to face some challenging climbs, here you can relive -from spring thorugh autumn- the passes of the bike champions; alone or with friends -watch out for cars and motorbikes!- or, better yet, during events such as the "Contador day", where the road is reserved to the bikes and you could even meeet a bike champion!
